Inside Sales Associate

Responsibilities:

• Managing the phone lines, answering initial customer questions
• Assigning and scheduling appointments out to our team and ensuring they get taken care of.

This individual will also make sure statistics are being tracked by the sales team and ensure that clients are being followed up with and getting the best sales experience possible. This requires an enthusiastic attitude and good communication skills.
