Position Overview:

The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day execution of residential and commercial roofing projects. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage crews, materials, timelines, and client communication. The Project Manager ensures projects are completed on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards, reflecting the core values and reputation of Trust Roofing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee all phases of roofing projects from pre-construction through completion.
• Supervise and support in-house roofing crews on job sites to ensure quality, safety, and adherence to Trust Roofing procedures.
• Conduct job site inspections to monitor progress, quality of work, and site cleanliness.

Client Communication

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the production phase of their project.
• Conduct pre-installation and post-installation walkthroughs with clients.
• Communicate daily schedules, delivery timelines, and manage expectations.
• Address client questions and concerns promptly and professionally.

Operations & Coordination

• Review EagleView reports and job files to prepare for project launch.
• Manage materials delivery, equipment setup, and site readiness.
• Coordinate change orders and document additional scope items.
• Track job costs and production bonuses using HubSpot and other internal systems.
• Ensure accurate documentation and photos using CompanyCam for all project stages.

Compliance & Quality Assurance

• Enforce safety protocols and job site standards.
• Perform project quality control (QC) using internal checklists.
• Ensure installation meets manufacturer specifications and Florida building codes.
• Submit final project reports, including client feedback and review requests.

Work Environment

• This position requires daily travel to job sites within the Tampa Bay area.
• Occasional early start times and extended hours during peak projects.
• Physical ability to access roofs, climb ladders, and inspect job sites.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in residential or commercial construction project management (roofing preferred).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
• Working knowledge of construction terminology and project workflows.
• Proficiency in project management software; experience with HubSpot and CompanyCam is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Preferred:

• OSHA 10 or 30 certification.
• Familiarity with GAF, TPO, tile, metal, or modified bitumen systems.
• Experience managing in-house crews and subcontractors.
• Ability to read contracts, scopes, and job costing documents.
