Key Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle of flat roofing projects from estimate to closeout
• Schedule and coordinate in-house crews and subcontractors
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget
• Maintain customer communication and satisfaction throughout the project
• Enforce job site safety, quality control, and adherence to specifications
• Review project contracts, plans, and scopes of work
• Host and document project meetings, including kickoffs and closeouts
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and administrative teams
• Identify and resolve risks, delays, and budget issues proactively
• Ensure compliance with Florida Building Code and other regulatory standards

Requirements & Qualifications

• 5+ years in roofing project management (flat roof/TPO/PVC experience preferred)
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Proficient in construction project scheduling and documentation
• Knowledge of Florida Product Approvals and local permitting process
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus
• Tech-savvy and familiar with roofing software tools
• Strong attention to detail and job site quality
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required with relevant experience

• On-site and in-office hybrid presence required
• Compliance with OSHA and all safety standards mandatory
• Occasional weekend availability for high-priority projects
