My Story
Brendan brings over 10 years of experience in human resources and organizational management to his role as Director of HR. With a background in both the trades and business consulting, Brendan has a practical understanding of the challenges employees face day-to-day. He focuses on building systems and culture that keep operations running smoothly while balancing company goals with employee well-being. His philosophy is simple: a successful company starts with good, happy employees. Outside of work, Brendan is a songwriter and musician who enjoys guitar, piano, and singing. He is also a proud new father.
