Schedule
We will work closely with you to get your project on the schedule; we strive for quick lead times (2-3 weeks). Our permit in-charge will pull all permits for the project, while your production coordinator will help get all materials selected and your in-house crews scheduled.

Work Begins
Our trained crews will rise to your roof’s challenges and leave your home as clean as we found it. We walk through the project with you and ensure you are 100% satisfied. On most residential installs, all money is taken upon completion and satisfaction is guaranteed. We back this up with a 10-year Trust Roofing leak/labor warranty.

Do you offer free inspections?
Yes we offer free inspections and quotes, we can usually get out within 24 hours notice.
How quickly can I get my project scheduled?
We offer fast turnaround times usually within 2 weeks of signing.
How do I know when to replace my roof?
Age is the number one factor. Asphalt shingles in Florida usually start to experience their first failures starting at the 17-20 year mark, metal and tile roofs can last longer but require maintenance past that time frame as well.
To determine age you can look at city permit records, you can also look at the roof for granular loss, blown/missed shingles, nails popping/rusted, broken/cracked tiles.
If you're not sure whether or not your roof needs to be replaced we offer free inspections and will carefully examine the roof and recommend maintenance, repairs or replacement depending on what factors we find.
Do I have to wait for approval to get started?
Approvals normally come in within minutes, and our team is ready to walk you through this process so it doesn't slow your project's start.
