My Story
Olivia has been with Trust Roofing for four years, starting shortly after the company was just getting off the ground. She began in production and shortly moved into sales, spending 2+ years learning the business and connecting with customers, before making the move into production—where she truly found her groove. Today, Olivia leads the production team as Director, managing the entire production team. She’s passionate about the roofing industry and genuinely loves what she does, especially the fast pace and teamwork that comes with it. Before joining Trust, Olivia worked in the mold and water restoration industry. She came over with an open mind and a curiosity to learn something new—and hasn’t looked back since. When she’s not on the job, you’ll probably find her hanging out with her family and two dogs. One of her favorite quotes is: "Life doesn't require that we be the best, only that we try our best and continue to get better every day." That mindset is something she brings to both work and life.
