Overview

A clean, organized job site is one of the most visible indicators of a professional roofing crew. Neighbors notice. Clients notice. And the condition of a job site is often the first thing a potential client sees when they drive by. At Trust Roofing, job site cleanliness is a standard — not an afterthought. This means managing debris throughout the workday and leaving the job site in better condition than we found it.

Our Field Standards

Job site cleanliness standards apply throughout the workday — not just at the end of the project.

Field standards include:
* Debris is managed and staged in designated areas — not spread across the client’s yard
* Tools and materials are stored neatly when not in active use
* A magnet sweep is completed before departing each day
* The job site is fully cleaned before project closeout
* No crew member’s personal trash is left on the client’s property

Our Process

Daily Site Management

* Stage materials in organized areas that do not block the driveway or access paths
* Remove debris from the roof regularly — do not allow large piles to accumulate
* Keep tools organized and off the ground when not in use

End of Day Clean-Up

* Remove all debris from accessible property areas
* Stage remaining materials neatly for the next day
* Perform a full magnet sweep of the driveway and surrounding areas
* Confirm the dumpster lid is closed
* Take a photo of the job site before departing

Project Closeout

* Remove all protective tarps and materials from landscaping
* Blow or sweep the driveway and walkways clean of granules and dust
* Confirm all tools and materials belonging to Trust Roofing are collected
* Inspect the entire property for any remaining debris or nails
* Leave the job site in better condition than it was found
